This website (the “Site”) is operated by Netwalking, LLC (“Netwalking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site in any way—whether manually or through automated means—you are using the Site and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific offerings, programs, or events.

We may update or change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this Site and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Copyright Concerns / DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same. If you believe that material on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

2. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site (URL or other specific location).

3. Your name, mailing address, email address, and (optionally) a phone number where we can reach you.

4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Knowingly making false statements in a copyright complaint can have legal consequences, including possible civil and criminal liability. Please only submit a notice if you believe, in good faith, that your rights are being infringed.

You may send the above information by email to innovate@netwalk.ing with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take any other steps we consider appropriate, consistent with applicable law.

  • Stating or implying that Netwalking, LLC sponsors, endorses, approves, or is officially connected with any outside person, company, program, or event;
  • Selling, licensing, gifting, or otherwise transferring Content or Netwalking Names and Brand to any third party.

These bans apply everywhere Netwalking appears on this Site, in print, in presentations, on social platforms, in recordings or broadcasts, and in any other channel, now or in the future.

Netwalking, LLC actively protects its intellectual property. When Content or Netwalking Names and Brand are used without permission, we may ask for changes, request removals, issue takedown notices, send cease-and-desist letters, and, when needed, ask a court to order the misuse to stop and to award damages.

Using this Site or engaging with Netwalking does not give you any rights in Content or Netwalking Names and Brand. All rights, worldwide, are reserved by Netwalking, LLC.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, DC, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netwalking, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Privacy Policy for the website

Privacy statement

Last revised: December 9, 2025

Welcome to the Netwalking, LLC website. This policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal information when you use our site or engage with our services. In short: we collect minimal data, use it only to serve you, and never sell it.

Who We Are

Netwalking, LLC is based in Washington, DC, and operates www.netwalk.ing. Our mission is to empower individuals through our living toolbox framework.

Our Core Commitments

We do not sell, rent, distribute, or publicly share your personal information. We contact you only with meaningful and relevant information. We will not discriminate against individuals for exercising their privacy rights.

Data We Collect

Cookies and Website Tracking We use cookies to improve your experience, monitor errors, and track usage in aggregate. We also use Google Analytics to gather usage statistics (such as device, browser, and general location). We do not use this information to identify individual users. You can disable cookies from your browser.

Service Participation and Consulting

When you schedule or participate in Netwalking experiences, consulting, or related services, we collect contact details, scheduling information, and any information you choose to share that is needed to plan, deliver, and improve those services. We use this data only to support and refine our work with you.

Email Communications

If you share your email address with us—for example by working with us, connecting at an event, or asking to stay in touch—we may use it to send Netwalking-related updates, invitations, and resources. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us at innovate@netwalk.ing.

Children’s Privacy

For services involving children (under 13 in the U.S., 16 in some EU regions, or higher where local law applies), we collect personal information only with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian (or holder of parental responsibility). Parents/guardians can request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s data by emailing innovate@netwalk.ing.

Animal Interactions

In services involving animals, we may collect information about the animals (not considered “personal data” under privacy law) solely to ensure their safe and responsible handling.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where privacy laws such as GDPR or similar apply, we rely on the following legal bases to process personal data:

  • Consent: when you voluntarily provide information or sign up to receive communications, and for parental/legal guardian consent where children are involved.
  • Performance of a contract: when processing is necessary to deliver services you request, such as Netwalking experiences or consulting engagements.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve website functionality, understand how our services are used, and maintain the security of our systems, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party providers, and only for the purposes described. All data transfers comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

Examples of such providers may include website hosting providers, email and scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and payment processors. We require these providers to handle your data securely and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Third‑Party Services

We use third parties for analytics and hosting, including:

Google Analytics — for anonymized site metrics.

We may also use creator-support or payment platforms (for example, services similar to “Buy Me a Coffee”) to process voluntary contributions or payments.

Our website may link to or integrate other platforms and tools over time. This policy applies to our handling of your data, but those third parties’ own privacy policies apply to their handling of your information. We encourage you to review their privacy practices directly on their sites.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing, including certain marketing activities.
  • Opt-out of “selling” or “sharing” of personal information where those concepts are defined by law (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act).
  • Receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.

To exercise your rights, email us at innovate@netwalk.ing. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.

Data Retention and Security

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in the U.S. We use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure data protection.

By using the Site or providing us with information, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries (including the United States) that may have different data protection laws than your home country.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy as laws or technologies change. Please check this page periodically for the latest version.

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last revised” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, a notice on the Site).
