I’m Jess Tunon, Founder and CEO.
My why? Being together should generate more than it consumes.
I have extensive experience in Finance, AI, civic engagement, facilitation, change managment, policy, and walkability. Over the years, I have guided executives, senior leaders, and high-impact professionals through career transitions, personal growth, and high-stakes events like SXSW, where I’ve served as a speaker and guide for more than a decade. I have also led workshops, been featured in print and TV media, and continue engaging in authentic networking, building meaningful connections grounded in trust.
Through my own transformation and intuitive insight, I act as a conduit for learning, connection, and meaningful action—drawing on a collaborative team of experts, trusted advisors, and global networks. Together, we assist joyful leaders and teams in discovering their strengths, aligning with purpose, and thriving authentically. We have connected with thousands globally through trusted groups, hybrid workshops, one-on-one sessions, and accessible live event experiences, empowering them to take intentional steps forward in both personal and professional contexts.
