Netwalking® LLC Event Participation Notice & Release

EVENT PARTICIPATION & RELEASE

By attending, joining, or participating in any Netwalking® LLC event, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

Netwalking® LLC strongly recommends that you consult with your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or physical activity program. You should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the netwalk. Netwalking® LLC is not a licensed medical care provider and does not diagnose, examine, or treat medical conditions, nor does it determine the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

You understand that participation in walking and outdoor group activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, uneven terrain, traffic, weather conditions, physical exertion, and interactions with other people or animals. These risks may result in injury, illness, or death. You further understand and acknowledge that participation also involves the risk of loss, theft, or damage to your personal property at any time, including before, during, and after the event, and while traveling to and from the event.

By attending or participating, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks described above, including the risk of personal injury, illness, death, and loss, theft, or damage to your personal property, whether such risks are known or unknown.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Netwalking® LLC, its founder, Jessica Tunon, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance or participation in a Netwalking® LLC event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, death, and loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your personal belongings at all times and that Netwalking, LLC and the Released Parties have no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to your property.

MEDIA RELEASE

By attending or participating in a Netwalking® LLC event, you acknowledge and understand that photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

You grant Netwalking, LLC the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, recordings, and other media for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation.

By attending, you consent to such recording and use of your image, voice, and likeness.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the organizer in advance and take reasonable steps to avoid being recorded.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BY ATTENDING OR PARTICIPATING IN A NETWALKING® LLC EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS NOTICE AND RELEASE, INCLUDING THE ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, AND LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY.
