Jess is the Founder and CEO of Netwalking® LLC, where she transforms networking by integrating walking into professional interactions. This innovative approach fosters community, joy, and meaningful connections in an inclusive setting.
With a solid foundation in finance, Jess excels in optimizing financial operations and resource management. She combines her financial acumen with a commitment to well-being, creating ADA-accessible pre- and post-event experiences that enhance health and build impactful relationships. As a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Jess also helps clients identify and release trapped emotions, supporting their emotional and physical well-being through this holistic healing technique.
As Co-founder of Beyond2ndNature, Jess played a key role in advancing accessibility in Austin, helping establish the Austin Pedestrian Advisory Council and the WalkAustin coalition to improve pedestrian infrastructure.
Currently, Jess serves as a D.C. Commissioner on the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission and has held positions with the D.C. Mayor's Office of Women's Policy and the D.C. Pedestrian Advisory Council.
Holding a B.S. in Business Management from Lynn University and certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Walkable Urban Real Estate Development, Place Strategy and Management (earned at George Washington University), Jess is dedicated to inspiring collaborative, inclusive connections for a more equitable world.
